In what format do you want the files?
We prefer 24 bit WAV or AIFF files (any sample rate between 44.1KHz to 192KHz).
What should I think of before sending you my files?
Try to keep your tracks as “clean” as possible: avoid heavy compression, high/lowpass filters and “over saturation”.
Keep 3-6 dB headroom on the mix-buss.
Bypass any brick wall limiter (like Fabfilter Pro L2, Ozone etc)
How do I upload my file(s)?
Send them via i.e We Transfer and Sprend to upload@kisstheneedle.com
When can I expect my file(s)?
Within 3-5 days from your order (weekends excluded).
What is your return policy?
If you’re not happy with the result we will make a refund or offer rework of your order free of extra charge.
